If the image is frozen when you watch the live-streaming of Reolink cameras via Reolink NVR's monitor, please refer to the below instructions to troubleshoot.
POE NVR:
- If the cameras are connected to the NVR via the LAN(not directly), please connect the cameras to the NVR directly to have a try.
- Please check if only one specific camera or all the cameras have this problem.
If all the cameras have this issue, please:
- Reboot the NVR
- Unplug the HDD
- Upgrade the firmware of both the cameras and NVR to the latest version
If only one specific camera has this problem, please:
- Connect the camera to another NVR port with a different network cable
- Reset the camera
- Upgrade the camera's firmware to the latest version

WiFi NVR:
Please check if only one specific camera or all the cameras have this problem.
If all the cameras have this issue, please:
- Reboot the NVR if the cameras are connected to the NVR WiFi; Reboot your router if the cameras are connected to your router WiFi.
- Unplug the HDD
- Upgrade the NVR's firmware to the latest version
- Disconnect other routers if you have several routers in use
- Make sure that there are 4 cameras connected to the router at most
- Test your router's speed to confirm whether it's the bandwidth issue
If only one specific camera has this problem, please:
- Check whether the WiFi antennas are fixed on the camera firmly
- Swap the antennas of this camera with other functional cameras
- Reboot your NVR and router

- Move the camera closer to your NVR
