A Reolink account can be used to place orders on the Reolink website, check order history, and view Cloud videos.

If you have placed orders on the Reolink website without signing in, you cannot check the order history. You may find your orders by registering a Reolink account with the email address that you input in your history orders. If you use a different email address, you cannot find the history orders.
