If the camera makes noise when you live view it via Reolink software, here are some suggestions for you.
- The noise might be related to the position you install this camera, we suggest you move your camera to a quiet place for a check.
- If the noise still exists after you change the position, please provide a video about the noise you heard to our support, we will judge the problem and help you figure it out.
