Applies to: All Reolink cameras and POE NVRs except the battery-powered ones, Reolink Lumus, Reolink E1 and Reolink E1 Pro.
Step 1: Connect your camera to the internet of the router.
Notes:
- The camera needs to be powered on.
- Make sure that your PC is in the same local network as the router. If it's not in the same network, you need to use the WAN IP of your router to access the web management page of your camera.
Step 2: Log in your camera via Web Browsers and go to the Device Settings page.
Step 3. Go to Network->Advanced->DDNS page.
Step 4. Enable DDNS and choose No-IP or DynDNS as the DDNS Server type. Then input the Domain name, User Name, and Password and click OK to save the settings.
Note:
- We supported both DDNS Server Type: No-IP and DynDNS.
- Check the Media port of your Reolink device and forward the Media port on the router interface. If you meet the problem when you forward the port for your product on the router, you can contact the router supplier for further assistance.
